Student Ledger Account Guidelines
All current and incoming WRHS instrumental music students who participate in fundraising activities that have a designated student ledger component will have the designated portion automatically credited to student ledger accounts.
Fundraisers with a student ledger component typically include events at Mile High Stadium and product fundraisers such as Butter Braid sales.
Students can use the funds in their ledger accounts for approved music expenses or reimbursement, including:
Fees for WRHS musical ensembles or music-related trips
Fees for private music lessons
Toward the purchase of sheet music (paper or digital), instruments, music amps, other instrument-related expenses, or other music-related supplies or services.
Not sure if your purchase qualifies? Email us to ask!
Note: funds in student ledgers must be applied toward unpaid music fees before they can be used for discretionary items, and funds may not be taken out in cash.
Graduating seniors or their parents or guardians must submit a disbursement request by May 15 of each year or can request to have funds transferred to a sibling who will enter the WRHS instrumental music program in the next two years or to a specific family or student currently enrolled in a WRHS instrumental music ensemble. After May 15, any remaining senior student ledger account funds will be transferred to the Boosters' general fund.
