Student Opportunities

The Western States Honor Orchestra Festival is a three-day, audition-only orchestra workshop and event that typically takes place in November on the University of Northern Colorado campus. More information about the event is available on the UNC website and from Ms. Graf.

The CSU Honor Band Festival is a three-day, audition-only band workshop and concert that takes place in early December on the CSU campus. This year, the festival will take place December 8-10, 2022. See the CSU website and Ms. Graf for audition dates and more information.

Auditions for the Jeffco All County Orchestra are typically held in November each year and the concert is in January. See Ms. Graf for audition music. Auditions for the Colorado All State Orchestra are held at the same time as the All County auditions, and are open to sophomores, juniors, and seniors. The 2023 All State dates are scheduled for Feb. 2-4, 2023 in Fort Collins.
