General Fundraising: This could be you!
President - This is typically a one-year appointment, after which the president moves into the past-president position to serve in an advisory capacity for a year. Prepares agenda, runs meeting, keeps the website and social media updated with upcoming events (in collaboration with the WRHS music director), provides oversight of Booster finances.
President-Elect - prepare to run the Boosters the following year.
Secretary - take minutes, review and sign bank statements each month.
Treasurer - Handles Booster finances, including filing tax forms, updating 503c forms as needed, balancing bank account, keeping track of student ledger accounts, sending out student fee invoices, paying bills, presenting a treasurer's report at each meeting.
Fundraising Manager - this can take several forms, including overseeing all fundraisers other than Aramark, or volunteering to organize all restaurant nights or a single fundraiser (like Butter Braids)
Concert Concessions Manager - Sets up and runs concession stand at concerts. This may include purchasing snack food items, as well as setup/clean up before and after concerts, and getting volunteers to help staff it.
Farmer Pride (Marching Band/Pep Band) Manager: Coordinate with the school music director to provide support as needed for practices and competitions.
